They’re accused of creating a false 1040 income tax form and using the document to try and obtain a mortgage. Here are the suspects being sought. They are 39-year-old Mark Louis Evans and 37-year-old Susan Lynn Peterson. The last known address for both of them was 738 Turner Road in Columbus.
